Return and Refund policy

At Trivano Living, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind or experience an issue, our return and exchange policy is designed to be clear, transparent and easy to follow.
Summary of Return Costs
- Our mistake (defective or wrong item): We cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
- Change of mind / buyer’s remorse: You pay return shipping; a full refund is issued once we receive the item in acceptable condition.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
All items are eligible for return unless explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page (see Section 5). To be eligible:
- The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original packaging, tags, labels, manuals, and accessories must be included.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us: Email support@trivanoliving.com or call (844) 629-0574 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
- Receive authorisation and return address: We will send you an RMA number and our return address, along with packing/shipping instructions. Please do not ship items before receiving these details.
- Pack your items: Use the original packaging and include all accessories and documentation. Clearly write the RMA number on the package.
- Ship your return: Send the parcel using a trackable shipping method. We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.
3. Refunds
- Processing time: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will approve or deny the refund. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.
- Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Sale items: Items purchased at a discount are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-priced items.
Where is my refund? If you haven’t received your refund, check your bank/card statement, contact your bank or card issuer, then contact us if the refund is still missing.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or model, the fastest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order. For direct exchanges, contact our support team.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety or regulatory reasons, certain items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, installed or modified.
- Personalised or custom orders.
- Products explicitly marked as “non-returnable” on the product page.
Non-returnable items are clearly indicated before purchase.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@trivanoliving.com or (844) 629-0574 with photos and details. We will provide a prepaid return label and offer a replacement or full refund.
7. Liability & Disclaimer
You are responsible for items being returned until they reach us. We recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service. Refunds may be denied for items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components not caused by us. This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
